Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine to interact with the central nervous system. You will leave the session with a sense of well being and feeling very relaxed.

Generally, you will remain clothed for this service. Please wear comfortable clothing like yoga style fits or even pajamas.

Custom Massage

This session combines a 60-minute custom massage with a 20-minute mini facial for a full-body refresh. Every massage is tailored to your specific needs for that day, whether you're looking for deep tension relief, nervous system support or a chance to unwind. The facial includes gentle cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, and deep hydration to soften stress and bring a natural glow to your skin. This is a full body experience to support your well-being

This one hour and fifty five minute session will combine massage and skin care. 

The facial portion will be designed around your skin type and tailored to your skin care goals. The service may include hot towels, steam, cooling tools and facial massage. We use locally crafted skin care and strive to educate to create holistic rituals at home for skin wellness.

While you rest in each position, you will each receive gentle, hands-on massage designed to melt away tension and invite your body and mind to fully let go.

Breathwork and mindfulness cues are woven throughout the session, helping calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Together, you’ll share a unique experience that blends yoga, touch and meditation, creating space for relaxation and presence.

To end on a sweet note, you’ll enjoy a small chocolate treat as you transition back into your day. This session for two is perfect for those wanting to recharge, release tension and share a restorative experience with someone special. No yoga or massage experience needed. Come as you are, ready to relax and reset.
